When does my cover start?
Your cover will commence once your application has been accepted, all required documentation has been received, and the policy has been activated in accordance with the insurer’s requirements.

Can I get car hire cover?

Optional car hire cover can provide replacement vehicle benefits following accidental damage, theft, total loss, routine servicing, or certain mechanical breakdown events, depending on the selected option.
What is Top-Up Protection?
Top-Up Protection assists with settling any shortfall between the vehicle finance balance and the insurance settlement amount in the event of a total loss, subject to policy terms and limits.

How do I lodge a complaint?

What if my complaint is not resolved to my satisfaction?
If you remain dissatisfied after our internal complaints process has been completed, you may refer your complaint to the appropriate Ombud, including the FAIS Ombud or another applicable dispute resolution body, depending on the nature of your complaint.

Am I obliged to purchase insurance after requesting a quote?
No.
Requesting a quotation does not place you under any obligation to purchase insurance. You are free to consider the quotation and decide whether the product meets your needs.
How do I know if the insurance product is suitable for me?
Your authorised insurance representative will gather information about your needs and circumstances to help ensure that the insurance solution offered is appropriate for your requirements.
Who is the insurer of the policy?
Insurance policies are underwritten by authorised insurers. Details of the insurer, underwriting manager, and any authorised representatives will be disclosed to you before you decide to proceed with cover.
How will I know what I am covered for?
Before purchasing a policy, you will receive documentation explaining the benefits, exclusions, terms, conditions, excesses, and limitations applicable to the product.
Will obtaining a quote affect my credit record?
No.
Requesting an insurance quotation does not affect your credit record. Any credit-related checks, where applicable, will only be conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and with the necessary consent.
What should I do if my personal details change?
You should notify your Broker or Quicksure as soon as possible if your contact details, address, vehicle details, or any other material information changes, as this may affect your policy and coverage.
What happens after I submit my information?
Once you submit your details, an authorised representative will review your information and contact you to discuss your insurance requirements, provide quotations where applicable, and answer any questions you may have before any policy is taken out.
